This is design is collaborative effort with Nellie Compass an organization that empowers and uplifts Women of Color to discover their potential and to move in it. Mr. Al Hardy and Nellies Compass decided to collaborate because of Al’s reach and involvement with Black Men and Nellies Compass reach and involvement with Black Women. They’ve created a curated conversations throughout the NYC/NJ Tristate on elevating, empowering and educating Black Men and Black Women to have healthy conversations with one another called “Can We Talk”. These powerful events have healed and transformed the relationships and perspectives on Black Love.
